The Alabama Forestry Cooperative was organized to help loggers, truckers and others in the forest industry in Alabama combine their purchasing powers in order to combat rising prices. The cost of everything we use from parts to lubricants and fuels is considerably higher than it was just a year ago. The AFC is working to lower those costs. Initially the AFC will focus its efforts on fuel costs, but we are looking at other ways to help the industry with lower prices as well.
Membership in the Cooperative is open to any person or company involved in forestry or the transportation of forest products. In order to qualify for membership, you must be a member of the Alabama Loggers Council or the Alabama Forestry Association.
